4th of July 2004/2005

I meant to post this humorous excerpt from the archives of Raging Feminist on 4th July, but I forgot. So here it is, better late than never:

3. July Fourth - This is one of the most annoying holidays. I am so sick of seeing houses puke up American flags for the weekend. Then there are the fireworks. There are little kids playing with fireworks and Bubba shooting off rockets. Look at the pretty sparkles in the sky and oh, what's that? A finger? I'm glad it's over.
